What we see here is a pair of Bernardo Silva's Adidas Nemeziz 18+ 360 Agility's from the domestic treble wining 2018-19 season. These have been made by Adidas to his exact specifications and were issued to him to wear during the season.
They feature personalisation at the outer heel area of each boot with "BERNARDO" and the flag of his country, Portugal. His rise from leaving Monaco has been remarkable and is now widely considered to be one of the best players in the English Premier League at only 25 ,with him playing a vital part in City's domestic treble winning season - the season in which this pair are from. He scored 13 goals and created 14 assists in 50 appearances.
This pair feature the TorsionFrame soleplate in the SG-Pro variation, finished in stunning red chrome which fades to black at the forefoot. Bernardo is known for usually wearing the SG-Pro stud configuration.
Bernardo wore this model and colourway during a large part of the 2018-19 season.

Adidas have hand crafted this pair to Bernardo's exact specifications in their Athlete Services factory in Germany. Some subtle differences are noticeable in comparison to the commercial version which are sold in stores to the public. The label in the heel area underneath the insole shows the date this pair were made (October 2018) and 502001, the factory number for the Athlete Services centre in Herzogenaurach. The same location as Adidas headquarters. Retail version pairs are made in China/Indonesia and are of lower quality as they are mass produced.
With this pair being made to Bernardo's exact measurements, the overall shape is different to that of the retail models. The forefoot is wider whilst the midfoot is narrower, with a larger toe box.
The heel area is a lower profile than the regular pairs - notice how low the Adidas logo is to the rear of the soleplate.
The 360 Agility Bandage technology is still used on this pair however, just with some additional padding inside each boot, in both the heel areas and the midfoot.
