Returns and Refunds Policy

One of our key values here at BC Boots UK is the ‘no questions asked’ returns policy. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging with the accompanying documents. You’ll also need the order number/proof of purchase in order for us to process the return.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@bcboots.uk or alternatively you can direct message us through our Instagram page @bcbootsuk. If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be supplied. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact for any questions at sales@bcboots.uk and one of our team will be sure to respond promptly.

 

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is not as described here on the website, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item - or we can arrange a direct exchange through e-mail to save time.

 

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


We know buying high value pieces for your collection online can be problematic, however, we reassure our customers with the peace of mind that if the product is not to your taste, we will refund you the full amount. Buying from BC Boots UK is risk-free!
