Returns & Refunds Policy

One of our key values here at BC Boots UK is the ‘cooling off period’ returns policy. We provide a period of 14 days, day 1 being the date of receipt of the physical item, in which you are able to request cancellation of return. Weekends and public holidays are included in the 14 days. However, the cancellation period expires at the end of the following working day if the end of the 14 days falls on one of those days.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging with the accompanying documents. You’ll also need the order number/proof of purchase in order for us to process the return.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@bcboots.uk or alternatively you can direct message us through our Social Media pages @bcbootsuk. If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be supplied. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any questions at sales@bcboots.uk and one of our team will be sure to respond promptly. We do not provide return shipping labels, if a return has been accepted, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the item is returned to us.

 

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is not as described here on the website, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item - or we can liaise & arrange a direct exchange through direct contact to save time.

 

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund for it to show in your account.

Please note: some purchases may incur a refund or cancellation fee which will be deducted from the amount refunded. This will be the case on all orders where the total amount is £2,500+, orders whereby a discount code has been used & pre-orders.
