Returns and Refunds Policy

One of our key values here at BCBootsUK is the ‘no questions asked’ returns policy.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item - or we can arrange a direct exchange through e-mail to save time.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We know buying items online can be problematic, however, we reassure our customers with the peace of mind, that if the product is not to your taste, we will refund you the full amount.

Cancelling your order

At BCBootsUK, we understand that buying large products for your collection online can be troublesome. However, we offer a “no questions asked” cancellation policy before and after the delivery.

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can arrange to cancel if you so wish. This can be completed by contacting us via Instagram @bcbootsuk or via e-mail where a member of our team will be happy to assist you.

To be able to process this, we will require the order number, your full name, delivery address, mobile telephone number, the item(s), and the reason for the return.

If the product is damaged, an exchange can also be arranged. Alternatively, if you feel the item is not suitable, please contact our team who will be able to guide you through our memorabilia items to find a suitable replacement.
